Gisela Janzen:
I have been a full time Realtor in 100 Mile House since 1994 and I feel fortunate to be able to live and work in this most beautiful and pristine part of the world. The Cariboo has been the home for my family since 1987. We moved to 100 Mile House from Tungsten in the North West Territories and before that I immigrated from Germany in 1984.
To 100 Mile House, we came for a visit and stayed for a lifetime..... and a great time it has been! The love and enthusiasm for this part of the world shows when I am out with my clients showing properties. Whether it is a small lot or large acreage, a recreational cabin or a great family home I take you through every step to make certain that the purchase is right for you.

What more could you possibly ask for? Rivers and Lakes in our backyard, mountains, trails, and the friendliest of people around. These are just a few reasonons why I have settled in this beautiful part of BC. 100 Mile House is my home. I grew up here and went through the school system with only great things to say. I was raised in the sports community and spent countless hours living and breathing the opportunities of this area.
After graduating with a Business of Administration Degree from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops I spent time exploring the world deciding where the best place to hang my Degree. This is where I landed. Although there are many other places with big city lights, this community offers something very special. Outside of my working days you can find me snowboarding or skiing at Mt.Timothy or Sun Peaks, or camped out at one of the fabulous fishing lakes. Summer or Winter, we are usally looking for the hot spot. Otherwise, I will most likley be nestled away, reading my book at the waters edge of our family cabin. Here all that matters is a good dinner, a glass of wine, and the whole family together for another great memory. You can not argue that these are the simple things that make our life enjoyable.
My hope is to show my clients exactly what it is that I love about this place and hope they fall in love with it at least a little bit as much as I have.
